Getting Here
My office is located in Carlisle city centre. It is easily accessible by car, train or bus.
The office is located opposite the entrance to the lanes shopping centre. Look for the double red doors between rose nails and heron foods, i am on the top floor, within a shared space; follow signs inside for mal jones counselling and you will find me. Unfortunately there is currently no accessible access to the office, access is only via stairs to the third floor.

Please remember to arrive at your appointment time, or 5 minutes before. this is to prevent clients crossing over and multiple clients waiting in the waiting area. I am hAPPY TO COME AND MEET YOU AT THE MAIN DOORS IF YOU PREFER. thank you.

There is a small waiting room between our offices, or I can greet you downstairs at the main door and bring you up.
what does the space look like?
It is a private and comfortable space that we can work in. There are comfy chairs, cushions, blankets, a box of fidgets and a bottle of water for you.
