My journey to becoming a counsellor began after my own personal experiences led me to seeking a new direction in life. For me counselling feels like something I should always have been doing, I simply love it, and I am passionate and dedicated to offering high quality services to those who need them.
I have gained experience of counselling a wide variety of issues including; addiction, abuse, trauma, anxiety, parenting issues, relationships, and understanding self. My background includes training in an established drug and alcohol recovery centre in Cumbria.
